His attitude, willingness to help & professionalism should be valued at this establishment.

You walk in and the younger managers are sitting, gossiping whereas the elderly workers are working hard. But Jcpenny is a classic with the coupons, it’s simply the employees that rain on the parade.

That being said, the manager, a blond woman named Julia, was incredibly rude to a cashier who was asking her for help. When a customer told Julia that her behavior was uncalled for, Julia replied, “There was a reason for it.” No, there most definitely was not. Julia was entirely bullying this employee, who through no fault of her own, was having issues with a sale at the register. Julia was incredibly rude and spoke to the employee in a manner that was so disrespectful and inappropriate, especially in front of about 15 customers. Please do better and don’t let bullies speak down to others like that.
