- SSSSep 7, 20261.0This employee was EXTREMELY rude and honestly her whole attitude was disgusting. She wasn’t friendly to me at all and acted annoyed like I was bothering her just by trying to pay for my stuff. She made MULTIPLE mistakes while I was trying to pay, then had the nerve to get upset with ME and tell me I was doing it wrong. Then she finally figured out it was HER error the whole time!! No apology, nothing. Instead, she grabbed my credit card, told me to move over to the next cashier, then TOSSED my card at me and said, “Now you can pay it.” Excuse me?? Who treats a customer like that?? Her attitude was nasty, aggressive, and completely unacceptable. She seriously acted like she hated being there and hated dealing with customers even more. If you’re that miserable working with the public, maybe customer service isn’t the job for you. SMH. If I was her supervisor and saw an employee treat a customer like that, she would be gone on the spot. I would be apologizing to the customer and offering some kind of discount for having to deal with that ridiculous behavior. I walked away completely disgusted by the way she treated me. There is absolutely NO excuse for treating a paying customer like that, especially when SHE was the one making the mistakes
