  I had the pleasure of trying on Mother of the Bride dresses at Consignment Bridal and Prom just a few days ago (Aug. 2026). Susan was extremely knowledgeable about their selections and sizes. She was patient, helpful and attentive to me, even bringing me more dresses to try on based upon my likes. I found three dresses from their huge selection that I just loved, so it was hard to choose "the one." I highly recommend this store for budget, customer service and their inventory. Thank you!

  I had an excellent experience here. I had two months left to find a dress for my wedding and they graciously found time for my mom and I to come in for a consultation. The dress fit perfectly, was beautiful and had never even been worn before and was 30% off regular retail value. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the process so easy!

  I had my appointment with Consignment Bridal and Prom this past week and cannot speak enough praise about my experience. I booked an appointment, and I was the only bride trying on dresses during my appointment window which was very nice. The store is set off from the main road and there weren’t a ton of people walking around in the store while I was trying on dresses which I really appreciated. They have an amazing selection of dresses organized by size. Many of their dresses are new and never worn before. I saw styles I haven’t seen at other shops, and I said yes to my dress because it was super unique and fit what I was looking for which is something I haven’t seen on other brides. Susan helped me , and I would recommend booking a Thursday afternoon or Saturday morning appointment so that you can work with her! Susan made the appointment fun! She gave me solicited opinions and was super supportive when I explained what I did and didn’t like. I did not feel at all rushed or pressured by her and she let my appointment far exceed the allotted 90 minutes. She was very flexible and was also super helpful finding matching accessories of which they have many! Of all the dresses I tried on (10), the most expensive one was around $3,000. All their dresses are at at least a 30% discount to retail value. As someone who is a habitual consigner, this was the perfect store for me to find my perfect dress. Would recommend to any other brides!

  It’s a great concept but unfortunately not super great in reality. There are so few dresses above size 14 (I’m a street size 14 so a bit larger in bridal) and the prices are high, mostly 1-2k. I was so excited to try on dresses, but we ran out after 15 minutes instead of the 90 minutes the appointment was meant to last, even going way over budget just to have some to try. A long drive and a lot of disappointment.
