Jane was excellent with making suggestions for options when taking the dress to be fitted and hemmed at the tailor.

I worked with Shannon and she was absolutely lovely and made me feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. My party and I had the opportunity to choose the dresses I wanted to try on (I was so surprised at the amount of dresses available!) and then had a lovely try on experience! At no point did I ever feel rushed or pushed to make a decision to choose a dress. In the end I left and then returned later in the day to buy THE dress I had originally left behind. Shannon made time to allow me to try the dress back on and feel beautiful yet again! I am beyond excited that I found my dress as a first time try on but I am also beyond grateful for the experience with Shannon at Consignment Bridal & Prom! Definitely make an appointment if you're thinking about it!
