  I had a wonderful experience shopping at consignment bridal & prom. Jane made the process smooth and fun. I felt like they had a lot of great dresses and styles to choose from. One thing was that it did feel a bit lacking in more modern styles and also in certain fabric types. It was a lot of lace and beadwork, but not a lot of simple satin or natural silk type fabrics. But that being said I found my perfect, unique wedding dress which felt way more special than anything I’d tried in other bridal boutiques. And it felt great to get something on consignment in terms of sustainability, budget, and also just finding a dress that no one else is going to be wearing (compared with the dresses I tried at Anthropologie for example). Would totally recommend this to any bride!

  I had a really hard time finding a dress that was unique and affordable. I am so glad I found Consignment Bridal and Prom, they were so sweet and helpful, and didn’t feel salesy like some of the other bridal shops I had tried. They had a wide selection of dresses to choose from and it feels really special to have found mine this way. I got both my wedding dress and veil here! I couldn’t recommend it more.

  Kiara was so wonderful and patient! I had an excellent time working with her at Consignment Bridal. I went in with a particular idea in my head and walked out with something completely different, but also so perfect!! I am so happy I had Kiara to help me along the way!

  I had such an amazing experience last weekend. I worked with Nia who was so helpful. She ended up seeing a dress that she thought I would like after trying on different styles and it was perfect! I ended up buying the one she had her eye on for me. So so thankful to have worked with Nia. I would recommend this place and her to anyone. Such a wide selection to choose from as well!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at this bridal consignment store in North Andover, and I can’t say enough great things about Shannon. She was incredibly patient and let me try on about 10 wedding dresses without ever making me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. She encouraged me to take my time and never made me feel like I needed to hurry through the experience. Shannon’s warm, funny personality immediately put all of us at ease. She made not only me, but also my daughter and maid of honor, feel so comfortable and included throughout the entire experience. Wedding dress shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Shannon made it enjoyable, stress-free, and memorable. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. I highly recommend this shop, and if you have the opportunity to work with Shannon, you’re in excellent hands!
