  I went to the chestnut hill location at 10am to return a purchase and it wasn’t open. Store hours on Saturday is 10 to 6 but I guess that’s on a best effort basis only. I scanned the QR code on the door to check if hours might have changed and no, 10 to 6 was the answer.

  I met Izzy first thing ! He was OUTSTANDING! I demanded he throw me out after 25 min and I had spent 1500.00 lol Seriously everything in That store hits the mark !!!

  Nice clothes but this post it’s not about that. It’s about the customer service - rather lack thereof. I was trying on about 4 or 5 articles of clothing. Not once did a associate come over and say anything. The whole time nada. Then, when I asked about hemming, which Todd Snyder Seaport offers complimentary, and because they run most of their pants in 32 length, I almost always need hemming. They said they don’t have an on site tailor, so I kindly asked maybe seaport would offer tailoring for free as it’s the same company. He wasn’t sure and so he had the manager come over, who offered to outsource the hemming at their nominal fee, to which i said is it possible to ask seaport. They said I could try after purchasing the pants to bring them to seaport - no guarantees. I said can you ask them before I buy(expensive)pants. They said they wouldn’t. I left without buying anything - I had 3 things I liked but wouldn’t buy on principle. I’ll stick to seaport or New York locations, if I do ever return to Todd Snyder in the future. Nothing was that awful in a vacuum - but why should I buy somewhere that doesn’t seem to care about my business? It was the lack of effort/care that really got to me.

  Came here to check out one sports coat, met Izzy and let me tell you he made it real easy to fill my closet with more than just one! Izzy was a great help with getting me fitted so when buying one online in the future, I already knew my size perfectly. So I’ve been doing so and adding extra pieces on top from his look books he sends me. Great taste and even better customer service.
