  I explained to Rita what my needs and preferences were and pointed out a variety of gummie products and also a vape pen. I like products containing THCV. I find them energizing without getting the munchies, which I really like. It may be my new go to dispensary .

  Very helpful staff, friendly and kind. I asked about a problem I was having with online ordering and they explained a work around that I will try next time. The people that work there are just really good people.

  I was dispensed the wrong Jeter product by accident staff comped me the right one when I went back I was very happy with their resolution and I would recommend that anybody go there customer service was excellent I don't remember the name of the manager that helped me but she was most helpful and accommodating

  Ascend charges a 2nd sales tax on exchanges/returns. When you receive credit on a defective item, you are only getting credit for the value of the item and not the tax you already paid. That’s why they mysteriously charge money for even exchanges. I urge people to do the math and make sure they are receiving credit for the item purchase amount plus the tax they paid on that item. This has happened to me before, but a few days ago I pushed the issue at the New Bedford MA location and received a response that I was right. I sincerely feel the owners of this company purposely configured the system to work like this. The employees are just doing their job but I have a calculator and I know how to use it.
