  See, I have no idea if these get read out to the staff but I’d love to pass on a message to them. I came in hoping to get some new Vans, I didn’t leave with any since there wasn’t my size, but I wasn’t disappointed because the staff were so lovely. I don’t think I’ve been in such a welcoming place before, that might sound excessive but it’s the truth! It felt like a community in there. I am sorry for not getting the name, but the young man with the curly hair was so helpful and sweet, regardless of whether I could buy the shoes. He was extremely kind enough to help me figure out my shoe size when we didn’t know! When I was about to leave the store, I went to buy some stickers and was given some advice with which ones to get, which was very nice :) Genuinely such wonderful people working there, you all seem lovely. It’s a shame I don’t live nearby otherwise I would totally work with you guys haha!! Thank you, I hope to find the right shoes at some point regardless Ps. I couldn’t find out a way of posting this without a photo so I added pic of my current vans- which have lasted me over 3 years! They really are good shoes! -H

  My daughter purchased a pair of Vans slides two weeks ago and wore them casually walking to and from class at college. A hike in the toe on one side appeared after two weeks. The return policy is 30 days. Upon driving 30 minutes to the Natick Vans store to ask for an exchange due to this flaw in the manufacturing, we encountered a disgruntled, snide, and condescending employee named Emma who treated the customer before us as well as my daughter and I beyond rude. She cut me off at every word I spoke. She asked how much walking my daughter had done in the shoes. She asked for the box, of which we did not have since we planned on keeping the shoes expecting more than two weeks from them. She sneakily cut me off at e wry question I asked. I went in with a kind and calm vibe and upon Emma’s attitude, left with angst. I asked what the return policy was since she was so disgruntled about the exchange and before I could get two words out she interrupted sharply with “what’s your phone number?” Not allowing me to finish a full sentence on repeat. We will not be returning to Vans. It was the rudest interaction I’ve experienced in my 52 years.

  This 5 🌟 is for associate V.P. (which is what my receipt reads as the cashier that rang us out). We're Vans Family members and V.P. was enthusiastic and friendly while putting up with our requests during check out. She was fun and engaging, everything you hope for in customer service.
