- SAsteve aJan 2, 20262.0Not a very welcoming experience. Went there on 12/30 or 31 to purchase a specific design ,they didn't have my size. The woman at the desk couldn't answer questions; like will you be getting more of these in stock, answer maybe. "We get a couple a week" I asked shirts or shipments ? She couldn't answer, so I left. My girlfriend remained and bought 2 shirts for me XL regular and XL slim. They did not remotely fit, arm length short and too tight , chest too tight etc. I buy nothing but XL or L in any other brand, very rarely have any fit issues. So these shirts have a very specific fit. Anyway Went there on New Year's day @ 15:00 to exchange them and try on some sizes; there was a sign on the door be back at 15:45. Nobody returned until 16:00 At that point, waiting an hour. I returned them. I don't care how good these are, the customer service sucks. I can order off of website and get better service honestly
