  I had such a wonderful experience today at the Madewell store in Natick Mall! From the manager to every staff member working today, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Shopping with a baby and a double stroller is not always easy, but the team made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout my entire visit. They helped me navigate the store, assisted me with sizing, accommodated me with one of their larger fitting rooms so I could comfortably bring my baby in, and whenever I needed another size, they truly went above and beyond to find it — whether that meant checking the back, looking through displays, or searching the front of the store. What stood out the most was how genuinely caring and helpful everyone was. They were so patient, attentive, and even sweet with my baby, which meant a lot to me as a mom. My sizing varied between items, and instead of making it stressful, they made the experience easy, positive, and enjoyable. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this team. I left feeling helped, welcomed, and really great about my shopping experience. Thank you to everyone at Madewell Natick Mall for making shopping as a mom feel so enjoyable and supported!

  Yasmin was so helpful at this store! She was helping us pull a bunch of different sizes, I think we tried on 15+ jeans and she was very patient and kind! Also helped us with hemming a pair and gave us a great tip to get a $50 price adjustment the next day if we went and donated an old pair of jeans—which we did! Thanks, Yasmin :)
