- SMSydney MacDonaldApr 20, 20261.0I’m really disappointed. I brought my shirt to be hemmed and this is what I got back. Not straight, stitched on the edge of the fabric, and already coming off. Not only was this hem job unprofessional and lazy, it took forever in an empty store for them to find my item. I waited over 30 minutes for them to grab it from the back. Maybe they forgot about it and the employee quickly hemmed it in the back and that’s why they did such a terrible job

Today when I asked for help finding two items and even showed employees pictures of the items from the company website, no one offered to help me find anything. Real bummer!
