I’ve been in this store multiple times over the last couple years and my experience is always the same especially when the blond/gray bob hair lady is working. She has to be the rudest person. She looks you up and down. Doesn’t want to help you and if she does is annoyed. I’ve worked retail in my lifetime and I don’t know where JCREW is hiring their managers or SA from… please JCREW do better. The Boston staff is much more polite and pleasant. I dread going into the Natick store when I need something quickly. Slip this experience.

It is a clean place, like all the other J Crew stores but the employees need to their privilege and tone. Very condescending. Especially the platinum blonde one.

When they used to have a smaller store across from LV there was a S w complete silver hair shoulder length bob cut and she is really THE WORST! Shes rude, doesnt help, only helps clients that she knows aka her fav returning customer. I cant believe shes worked here for years and she is STILL working at the store.
