Luis took the time to really understand what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I am a picky customer and I truly appreciate Luis’s patience, kindness, and attentiveness, and the fact that I got the responses I needed whenever I reached out to the DY boutique team and Luis. I’ll definitely be returning because of the excellent service. Highly recommend asking for Luis if you visit!

Jenny and Deb went above and beyond to help me figure out a gift and to actually acquire the items for that gift overnight! It was not an easy effort but they made it happen for me in less than 24 hours!!! They beautifully prepared and packaged the gift for me as well so that it was ready to go when I arrived at the store. The gift turned out to be gorgeous!!!! I will be revisiting this store for gifts in the future thanks to their knowledge, tasteful suggestions, and over-and-above customer service — all delivered with a smile.
