  I’m extremely disappointed with how I was treated at this American Eagle. I ordered a pair of pants online, tried them on once at home, and they were too short on me, so I went into the store to return them. The cashier was a brunette girl with glasses and she took the pants and started the return, then turned around and whispered into her microphone to another employee. A blonde girl came over, and the two of them turned around and started whispering about me while laughing, thinking I couldn’t hear them. I could hear them saying that I “clearly wore the pants outside” and tried to return them, and that they “didn’t even care anymore.” I never wore these pants outside of my house. I tried them on at home and that was it. They still had BOTH tags attached, including the tag sewn into the waistband and the regular hang tag. They were in perfect condition. So I don’t understand how they could “clearly” tell that they had been worn outside when they still had all of their tags and were never worn anywhere. What really bothered me was how incredibly rude and disrespectful they were about it. If they had an issue with the condition of the pants, they could have simply spoken to me directly instead of turning around and talking badly about me right in front of me. I shouldn’t have to stand at the register and listen to employees make comments about me while I’m trying to make a simple return This is also not the only rude interaction I’ve had with employees at this location. From now on I will just return things online because I don’t feel like dealing with this kind of treatment again. Very disgusting behavior

  experienced probably one of the best customer service experiences of my life today in natick with hanna, she was so kind and patient and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of jeans! i went in not expecting much because ive almost never found a pair of jeans that i like, but she was super friendly and determined to help my find the style and size that i loved. most definitely the best pair of jeans i’ve ever bought! everyone else in the store was also super nice!!!
