  Honestly is my first time going in with my eight-year-old daughter and that Texas lady lol I don’t Know how to Pronounce her name but let me just tell you we walked in there unsure what we was getting and my eight-year-old daughter walked out of there with a big smile. Customer service was five star. I really really appreciate the lady that I helped us today and I would be returning as a member thank you much. You made my daughters day. ❤️

  Total incompetence. First issue was tried to buy a pair of shorts in store but they were covered in stains. SA then tried to order me a pair except she somehow messed up the order and didn’t associated with my account. So now I’m out my money with a zombie order that no one can tell me if it’s actually going to come or not because they can’t see it their system. So dirty stock and incompetent staff at this location.
