  Worst experience, 0 stars, 0 common sense. It’s obviously supposed to be a SURPRISE but the delivery driver calls my boyfriend while he’s at work!!! On his birthday to ask him when he will be home even though the note left for the delivery instructions that I CLEARLY wrote, said he would be home by 4pm so to deliver at 4pm. On the call he tells my boyfriend he has “chocolate fruits” for him from Ana (says my name) This defeats the whole damn purpose of what the company even is. I don’t mind the delivery driver calling him of course to confirm when he will be home so that makes it easier for the driver but to go on & give an insane amount of detail that ended up ruining the whole surprise is ridiculous & such a waste of my damn money. These aren’t cheap things so the least they can do is give a damn enough to make sure everything goes as should. He could’ve just said he has a surprise delivery for him from someone. & on top of that the box didn’t even come wrapped up in the Happy Birthday wrap like it was supposed to. Never using them again, do not recommend anyone uses them either, seriously you’ll be so disappointed & angry. The lady on the phone could care less too about explaining how the process goes exactly, I had never done it before so I had a couple questions that any other person would need to ask as well & it was like pulling teeth trying to get her to care enough to respond efficient enough answers. DONT use their services.

  The only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 wasn’t an option. DO NOT purchase anything from here. I should’ve listened to all of the bad reviews. Customer service at this location is HORRIBLE and instead of trying/caring enough to resolve your issues they deliberately place you on long holds with no intention of helping you whatsoever and ignoring your phone calls when you call back-Aiden the star employee is AMAZING at that . This place is a SCAM. Believe the reviews and take your money somewhere legit.

  I'm very disappointed with delivery of purchase. Your Delivery Driver spoiled the highlight of a surprise to a dear friend. Your Driver couldn't find delivery destination. That wasn't the problem. YOUR DRIVER DIDN’T SPEAK ENGLISH!!! Last I checked this is America. The primary spoken language is ENGLISH. YOUR DRIVER COULDN'T CONVERSE NOR COORDINATE EFFORTS ON WHERE TO BE INSTRUCTED TO GO WITH RECIPIENT BECAUSE HE DIDN’T SPEAK ENGLISH!!! It's the Driver who makes consumers frown at your business. This is always my gripe with non English speaking people. I ordered takeout. I specifically requested on the app, in writing, to not leave food out front, to call number provided to let me come out to retrieve food. What does the non speaking/reading English driver do? He leaves the food outside in the elements for passersby to take the food or tamper with food. Another instance, I go into BKs, give my order in clear plain English, the non English speaking female totally botched my order. You're establishment needs to make sure your drivers speak English. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE DELIVERY. Thumbs down. 👎👎👎

  I ordered the Valentine’s Rose Bouquet & the Heartfelt Delights Box and a foil balloon. The Heartfelt Delights Box was super cute and tasted great. The strawberries were REALLY good and I actually liked the cheesecake more than the brownie, the brownie was just okay. Overall, it was a nice treat and packaged well. The bouquet was pretty but for almost $80, I was expecting a little more. The roses were fine, just nothing especially standout about them. I think the presentation could definitely be improved for the price point. It looked different from the photos on the website, which was a little disappointing The balloon was cute too but it felt a little flimsy and not as sturdy as I expected. That said, the staff was clearly working really hard. You could tell they were slammed with valentine’s day orders and I appreciate the effort they were putting in. Overall, it was a good experience. My only suggestions would be better bouquet presentation and a sturdier balloon!!
