Guy on the phone named Leo said the woman went o pick up her child from school…like okay? So I called back because what the heck? I go I have a 1:30 pick do we know how long this is gonna be? I shouldn’t have been allowed this pickup time if there wasn’t gonna be employees at the store. Anyways Leo offered me free delivery for the inconvenience. But this whole thing was just unprofessional. You should have staff at the store and if you’re not going to then block off those pick up times on the site or call the customer to let them know ahead of time.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store felt clean and organized. Everything was ready in a good amount of time, and the presentation looked premium.
