- JJJoannaMay 16, 20241.0Customer service was terrible when I went last Saturday in the afternoon. Not greeted or asked if I needed help. I found it interesting that other customers who weren’t of color were getting greeted and acknowledged. Maybe Madewell’s in Mass are all rude and stuck up.

The hours are clearly stated on the door, but it seems that the manager or employees don't care about sticking to them. It makes it incredibly frustrating for those who rely on the posted hours of operation to get their errands done. I would definitely recommend going to a different store that will open and close when they promise to.

The girls are really helpful right when you walk in and then disappear when you’re in the dressing room. I asked the girl at the register if a bag on display came in different colors and she responded with “no” after I looked it up on the website, it’s available in 4 colors - this about sums it up!
