ALO is absolute garbage...subpar quality...0 craftsmanship.. low quality clothes...An absolute joke.. 0 innovation...A shiny logo doesn't justify the price....You can literally buy the same stuff from a Chinese factory online, the SAME EXACT STUFF for 80% less....Oh and their store leads really need a lesson in customer service...terrible customer experience

There was a man at the register he was ultimately very unhelpful and seemed to have headphones in when he was walking around the store. I did not ask him for help as he seemed too distracted with his phone to bother helping me & he distracted everyone to not bother to help. I will not be going back. The staff has been helpful in the past:)

Rebecca, Katie, Yeifry, and Dalila were AMAZING! I came into Alo at MarketStreet Lynnfield looking for a tennis dress, and they went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. They were so kind, attentive, and genuinely made the entire experience so enjoyable. Hands down the best service I’ve ever received at Alo. I’ll absolutely be coming back! Thank you guys🤍

Worst costumer service ever. I went to the store to change a dress and the guy not even look the dress. Very rude and unkind.
