  Very bad experience. I went to buy a gift card and instead of receiving a proper physical card, I was given a wrinkled printed paper. When I asked about a physical gift card, no one gave me a clear answer. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and not professional at all. They showed no interest in solving the issue. It basically felt like “take it or leave it.” One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this place.

  I had such a great experience at the Alo store, and a big part of that was thanks to the store manager, Sydney. From the moment I walked in, she and her staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a positive experience. The manager, Sydney, went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations. What stood out most was Sydney’s professionalism and leadership—it’s clear she set the tone for the entire team, as everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. The store felt well-organized, calm, and inviting, which made shopping really enjoyable.

  I had a really uncomfortable experience while I was in this store. This blonde lady who seemed to be some kind of manager was talking so poorly about her associates and was talking about “weeding people out”. Who talks like that about people you’re working with!? So inconsiderate and so unprofessional. They need to train their management better here. The other people in the store were kind and welcomed me in but I had to leave because I was so uncomfortable.

  I cannot say enough about this group!! The ladies that greeted me in and kept checking in on me during my visit were wonderful. The boy who seemed to be the store manager I believe his name was Payton, he is WONDERFUL!! He went above and beyond to recommend things for me for my upcoming vacation. I also had a return with him due to a product quality issue in the past and he immediately solved my problem. Very much enjoyed!!

  I came to Alo earlier today excited to finally buy a set I’ve been wanting for a long time, but the experience was extremely disappointing and honestly humiliating. When I walked into the store, I wasn’t greeted at all. Instead, I overheard the manager telling employees to grab spray and a Swiffer and start cleaning the areas around where I was standing. It felt very obvious that the comments were directed at me. Shortly after that, the manager rushed me toward the dressing rooms in a very abrupt and dismissive way. There was no attempt to be welcoming or professional, just an uncomfortable push to move me along as quickly as possible. The entire interaction made me feel judged and unwelcome in a store where customers should feel respected. this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had in a store.
