Yesterday, before I ordered from this location, I had ordered from their Littleton, MA location. I have ordered from Littleton, MA in the past with no payment issues. As I was submitting my payment the website was acting strangely?! I knew from my past experiences that I was going to be ‘doubly charged’ by this location. I called the Central St location and was told by the women who answered the phone, that this website is the ONLY website for ALL locations! I then informed her that I just ordered from Littleton MA location and if this were true, why didn’t I have any issues with payment with Littleton MA location?? Same website? Perhaps the Leominster location has been in some way rigged to doubly charge customers. Then of course there are the excuses, we are extremely busy, we don’t have enough employees, yada,yada,yada. I don’t care what your issues are. Your manager should be capable of taking care of those issues. I can’t help you there. I have contacted the corporate office. Don’t expect much from them. I will end by saying, I will never ever order again from edible arrangements.

The fruit tasted fresh, and you can tell they packed it with some care. Overall, it was a good experience. I’d order again when I need more Zacky.
