We have visited the store twice in the last couple of months and Karen has been extremely helpful and pleasant. She is a true gem!

For his above and beyond customer service in helping us choose a rod and reel combo within a budget to maximize our shopping options and he understood the task we had in mind -the fish of a thousand casts -trout- we had done the research but his local knowledge helped us hone in on what we were looking for and needed to add to our tackle as well as the time to explain certain specifics on how to fish each lure in what type of water. Overall 10 out of 10 customer service from Darrel. Keep up the amazing customer service combined with knowledgeable staff, Keeps us coming back to this specific location.
