    Rude cashier standing behind the other decided to openly and rudely talk about how she was standing right there in a rude way as I walked away. I was standing right there too. Well you never said "hi im open I can help you". Don't work in customer service if you're going to be rude and talk badly about people as they walk away.

    I just wanted to share how much I appreciated the woman working in the Beauty Department (makeup and fragrance)on Monday around 11:00 a.m. My daughter only remembers that her name may have started with the letter “T.” She was absolutely wonderful with my daughter and made our visit so special. You don’t always find that kind of kindness and patience in big department stores, so it really stood out. Great job on this hire, JCPenney! I will definitely be coming back—and maybe even for a little mommy makeover next time! If there’s any way to find out her name, I’d love to know so I can come back when she’s there. Thanks, Donna M.
