- LCLeanne CloutierSep 10, 20205.0I’ve been shopping at Express for a very long time, it’s my go to store, what makes it part of my favorite store is the fabulous girls at the Holyoke location, they make me feel like a rockstar! I’ve been to many other Express locations and not only is the store clean but first and foremost the staff is the friendliest, goes above and beyond showing new arrivals, and very professional.

Finally after having to find a sales associate and asking for help I ended up waiting 20 for help that I never got. One employee who did help me was clueless on any of the clothing and how it fit. What a waste of time! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE!!!!!!
