  Poor customer care. Regular DSW customer but wouldn’t work with me when a $27 sandal was defective. Manager was smug and could care less about the customer experience or previous loyalty Won’t ever shop here again!

  DSW sells a huge variety of shoe brands. The store is clean and the assistants are helpful. There are sale racks at the rear of the store that offer outstanding choices.

  You better be ecstatic with your shoes when you leave cause if you wear them once, they won't take them back. The manager acts like she's doing you a favor by deigning to look at you and then throws your shoes back in the box and shoves it back at you. Extremely rude for someone who works at a store that advertises its friendly atmosphere. Definitely not shopping there again. I can get uncomfortable, overpriced shoes literally anywhere and I don't have to deal with a snotty attitude to go with it.
