- MDmargaret dalyAug 14, 20261.0Went to make a simple return and had to wait at the empty counter until going and physically finding a sales associate myself to help. They did the return incorrectly and missed scanning an item. When I asked them to fix the error to receive the full refund they were extremely unhelpful and didn't know how to print past receipts. After the manager came over she was able to fix the issue- the sales associate offered no apology and gave unprofessional attitude. I left J Crew feeling very put off by the whole transaction.

Her experience in the industry and her natural eye for fashion and style made our visit so pleasant and productive. She's a gem!

Bought a wrinkly, $100 shirt and when I asked to have it steamed, seeing as they had a steamer already out, I was first told it would take too long, then that it wasn’t something they offer. It was strange because you could tell the associates wanted to help but the manager was not friendly or willing. The store was also very messy so seems like it’s not the most put together establishment.
