From casual wear to professional suits, Bonobos has everything. And with their personalized fits, everything fits perfect right out of the box. Tailors are hard to find so having a quality company that offers different fits to fit different sizes is the best. And their customer service is superb!

After my purchase arrived - and did not fit for the second time. I retuned to the store to make an exchange. The salesperson attempted to be friendly and personable but she was horrible. I dont recall her name but she told us she used to be the store manager. She was unbearable, regaling us with the same stories she had told us over and over. It soon became painful and exhausting. I was just hoping to try to get items that fit. She became impossible. She tried to blame everything on one of her colleagues. I decided at this point to get a refund. She told me that she would have to charge me because one item was no longer on sale. Even though i had the original receipt. This was too much. We took what refund we could get and left. It was so aggravating i wont go back.
