  I have had a wonderful experience at the J Crew outlet in Natick. I have been to the store number of times. I love their baby clothes and so I've got a lot of baby gifts there. Today Cat helped me and she was so helpful. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my options, help with size and tailoring options, and guide me through the process. I have always received excellent customer service and they have a wide variety of sizes in stock, which is great. She also helped me with another outfit that I had that was not from your store and I wanted to see if she could tell me if she thought it'd fit right and she made a great suggestion about how I could deal with the belt. I have always had a very good experience at the store!

  Great shopping experience all around. This store was staffed well, and they were extremely caring and helpful. Good, reasonable sale prices. I purchased a wool pair of green dress pants for $10 when they were originally $250. Checkout staffer and was extremely friendly and helpful.

  The female clerk was really rude. She yelled at me when I asked a question. She also pound the door hard when I was in the fitting room. It's such a terrible experience. However, the guys there were all really nice.
