- KSKatrina SongMay 12, 20261.0I am missing 2 items from my order, and I have to call the store to find out what happened to them. I was told that the manager will call me back but I didnt hear anything at all. There is no resolution to customer's complaint. I tried my best to reach out as I know they ran out of some items for Mother's day but even through email there is no response at all. Maybe if you live nearby their store, it is easy to get in touch with them but for ordering online from another country, they make it very difficult. It is a very disappointing experience.
