- RRRobert Reposa6 days ago5.0Bass pro shopan emersive experience! So many fishing rods and reels! Tons of soft plastic baits. Lures for fresh and salt water. Men's and women's clothes and an affordable clearance rack. Novelty items for the cabin. Huge hunting section with all the warm amenities to keep comfortable in the woods. The rustic look of the store sets a realistic scene. Friendly employees that know when to walk away, lol. Educational area with fresh water tanks and cool stuffed animals. A fun lazer shooting area. Boats, motors and accessories. Love this place!

- RGReverend Robert GillAug 25, 20261.0Terrible customer service! I called in because my wife and I live in Milford MA. We were interested in a Springfield armory handgun. I spoke to somebody in the firearms department. The guy was very rude and totally disrespectful. As far as I’m concerned he was useless. We heard a lot of good things about this store and we were going to purchase two handguns from them, but after this sales rep with this poor customer service, there’s no way in heck I would purchase anything from them in the future. I would rather pay a little bit more at another gun shop that is more customer orientated and then the people that work. There are very friendly than someone who is a jerk. Since it would be over a 24 minute ride for us to come from Milford Mass to Foxborough MA will not spend the money on the gas to go down to a company that stinks. I also do know handguns are expensive including rifles and shotguns. I heard a lot of good things about the store so I figured we check it out because we didn’t mind spending $2000 for two handguns but after this, I will not go to Bass Pro shop again in the future or even considering it since it’s almost 30 minute ride no thank you
