- RHRyan Hayward6 days ago1.0Just once I want to shop for clothes someplace that doesn't make me feel like men are 3rd rate citizens. I've been in here three times in the last year, damn close to everything on their racks are either Small or 3XL. I finally found a shirt today that was only one size larger than my actual size, and found out you need a special code to even get into the ONE and only fitting room for men in the whole store. I give up, I can get poorly fitting clothes without being able to try them on at Amazon, and Goodwill.

I have significant mobility issues and can't walk well, which can make shopping trips stressful and exhausting. From the moment we interacted with Jeff, he was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. He immediately noticed my difficulty getting around and offered me an electric wheelchair so I could comfortably browse the store without pain or fatigue. That simple act of thoughtfulness completely changed the experience for me and allowed my family to actually enjoy the visit together instead of rushing through or worrying about me. Jeff didn't stop there — he was genuinely engaged, helpful with our questions, and even gave me a magazine to enjoy while I was in the wheelchair. His friendliness and willingness to make sure we had everything we needed made us feel truly valued as customers. In a big store like Bass Pro, it's rare to get that level of personal care. Jeff turned what could have been a challenging outing into a positive, memorable one for my whole family.
