  I cannot say enough good things about the Edible Arrangements on President Ave in Fall River! Their chocolate-covered fruit is absolutely amazing, and the presentation is always beautiful. While it is a little pricey, it is well worth every penny when you are sitting down and enjoying it—trust me! What really sets this location apart is their incredible customer service. They will accommodate you in any way they can and are extremely friendly. They go above and beyond to be helpful when you're writing the card to go with your order, whether you're trying to find the right words for someone going through a difficult time, or celebrating a happy occasion like an anniversary or a birthday. They are just truly fantastic all around!

  The customer service was great. We had to change the delivery date and they did it no problem. They delivered it at 2PM on the delivery day, so not early in the morning and not late at night, just the right time. The fruit was wonderful and ripe and adorable! My wife ate half of it in like 15 minutes haha.

  Photos speak for themselves, it looked nothing like the picture, and when i picked it up the strawberries were brown chocolate, they fixed that but i was in a rush and didn’t notice the rest, i contacted customer service about a week ago, they answered me back with one word “resolved” what is resolved? Nothing, i replied back and still haven’t heard anything, the prices they charge i expected a much more FULL arrangement, their “kale filler” was showing everywhere because there was so much space! They are stingy, dont follow the customers order correctly or even the freaking picture of what i paid for, customer service doesn’t care, never EVER again, i can make one WAY better, better quality and HALF the price!
