  Tyler and Peter are such great people! I enjoyed every second I spent in the store. Buying my first watch was such a great experience, and they made the whole process even more enjoyable. Thank you both for everything! I truly appreciate it!

  Had a great experience buying a Panerai from Eddie!! Very welcoming experience and not at all high pressure. Highly recommend.

  I went in today with my husband and baby to buy a watch to celebrate a significant professional milestone. The moment we entered one of the sales people just turned their back to us and walked away. Mind you, there was no other customer in the store. The other person mumbled something on the lines of how can I help and I told her the watch model I was looking for. They didn’t have it in store, which is totally fine. While her tone was pleasant but she didn’t bother to show me other models or ask me what I was looking for. Didn’t offer to even ask me to sit down or water. We felt so unwelcome. This was total inexperience on the sales team that sells very expensive watches or we were profiled. Either way I will be taking my business elsewhere. 0/5.
