I had a cookie/strawberry platter sent to a family member and they sent only half of what was in the description and to make matters worse, they were all burnt. The woman behind the counter had a "not my problem" snotty attitude when we came back to address the situation. Defeats the whole purpose of paying $15 for delivery when you have to go back to the store. I've used them a few times in the past, never again. Better off buying them at a bakery where you can at least see what you're getting and at a better price.
