  Ordered a Mother’s Day fruit thing at 10am and still hasn’t came since and right now it is 3pm no answer to the phone I get it it’s Mother’s Day but atleast pick up the phone I’ve called 3 times already

  This should not be called an “Edible Arrangement”because nothing in mine was edible. Every piece of fruit was rotten and fermented, smelling sour like Greek yogurt. Paying $109 for sour, inedible fruit is wild. On top of that, the store’s attitude was terrible, and I was told a refund wasn’t possible, even though their “Certified Happiness guarantee” promises refunds. Horrible experience—I wouldn’t recommend. Follow up: I called the store today to request the refund like the owner said we could in the reply to this review and the refund was still denied and the manager said she was not informed of a refund and can’t give any refunds unless authorized. I don’t understand the point in company’s having policies if they don’t follow them. And the owner replying here saying a refund will be given when it’s not true. This is very disappointing, at this point I might as well contact the better business bureau

  I have purchased quite a few of the Indulgence platters and they have been wonderful. Definitely an A+ for the product. Customer service is lacking, however. The second last time I was there it was for a pick up. I waited 10 minutes, along with another woman also there for a pick up, before anyone came out from the back to wait on us. I let that go as it was the first time it happened. Now I go for another pick up today and another issue. When I placed my order I said I would pick up at 9:45. I arrived, rang the bell, employee came out, I gave her my name and said I was there for pick up. She went out back and never returned. After waiting 10 minutes I looked through the window into the back and the platter was just being made. After a couple more minutes I opened the door and asked how much longer I had to wait. I had an appointment and was now running late. I got the platter at 10:10. What makes it even worse, I noticed that my slip said pick up was for 9:30!!! Why wasn’t it ready until 10:10? This is inexcusable, two times in a row. I gave two stars only to get your attention so you will read this and be aware that if you are picking up and time is critical it may not be ready. The actual product is five stars.
