  I will never shop at Windsor in the Dartmouth Massachusetts Mall. Three young ladies too concerned with looking cute and not assisting customers spending over $500 in the store. Most rude ignorant incompetent young ladies I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I don't know if it was a racism issue or just pure ignorance but all three stood behind the counter staring at my daughter and I. When I approached one to ask about a pair of shoes her reply was "I don't know." What???!! So you can't find out how much these shoes are ? That are out on display with no tag and no box. So uncomfortable and awkward for my daughter. What should've been a pleasant experience (shopping for a prom dress and accessories) turned out to be one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had in my life. Three very young girls, looking at themselves in the mirrors, gathered behind the counter chit chatting, staring when you ask a question. So weird. Never again!!!!!!

  I just left the store and had to leave a review immediately because I've never felt so disgusted and disrespected. I'm not the type who likes to leave reviews but I feel like I have to this time. I walked into the store and started browsing, and as soon as I walked away, one staff member, annoyed, walked over to fix the rack as if I was messing up the clothes, which I wasn't. I pretended I didn't see that and started looking at other stuff. Then they all began to dance and clap loudly behind by back as if they were mocking me. Then I turned around then they all stopped and acted like nothing just happened. I wanted to say something but decided not to because I didn't want to make a scene nor do I think it's worth my time. I've been to Windsor before and I love the clothes there but never ever experienced this before like today. I'm never coming back to this location again. Really wished I got their names but I didn't. I just feel so disgusted and wanted to leave as soon as possible.

  Nicole and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The store was also nice and clean. Very pleasant experience, I’ll definitely shop here again in the future!
