Tried to return a pair of sunglasses within the return period, was told no because they were "scratched/nicked" (though unused). Expressed that they were bought like that, and Darlene yelled, refusing to help anymore. Luckily the associate within Macys (in the mall) confirmed they were flawless and walked back over with us. Darlene began yelling with that associate, but eventually returned the glasses. Within this interaction Darlene had the audacity to refuse to provide her name to us (associate from Macys told us). She also screamed that we were wrong - which caused two other potential customers to say "I was going to buy but nevermind". Darlene printed a receipt and whited out her name, and scratched over it with a pen - will upload a picture of it later today. Darlene should NOT be working in customer service. Horrible. Worse than any car shopping experience. Worse than any shopping experience for that matter.
