They were exceedingly responsive to my inquiries from my initial quote request to scheduling delivery and pick up. The two young guys who came to set up the bounce house were friendly, respectful, and even hustled to shut the gate to our fence when my single-braincell dog decided to try and make his escape. 8 out of 5 stars. Will be renting from Total Entertainment again for sure.
