  I was absolutely blown away by my experience at the Cambridge Ray-Ban store! I was immediately greeted when I walked in by Jessica, and she was so knowledgeable. I have been wearing prescription sunglasses for decades, and have never had someone help me with so much knowledge about the products they sell. I was able to check out the META AI glasses, and she was able to help with a demonstration and explaining all the different styles, features and how you can use them, even for something as simple as seeing what’s wrong with your houseplant. When it came to my insurance benefits, Jessica was able to help me maximize my benefit for value. If you’re in the area, or even just visiting, be sure to pop in and get the VIP treatment.   Made me circle back three times to the store without providing clear instructions. The store says its open until 8 PM but you can get the prescribed glasses orders can only be taken until 5:30 PM. The store representative was so rude when I was just enquiring, it was a very bad experience at the store.

  I have to say that In theses time you don’t feel customer service w/automated calls and human contact just fall by the wayside But I walked into the Cambridge Ray Ban store its was busy but I was in not even 5 minutes i was noticed and and Acknowledged and then taken care of by Jessica who just have to say thank you so much for the Ray-Ban customer service experience👍👍
