- KTkarima tyAug 12, 20261.0Terrible and Discriminatory Customer Service at Lululemon Cambridge I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this location. I came in to return a bag that was too large for me, but the store manager, Rachel, treated me with complete disrespect and a horrible attitude. Because English is not my first language, she was completely unhelpful, impatient, and openly discriminatory. Instead of assisting me with the return or helping me set up an account to process it, she rudely brushed me off and told me to "go create an account and do it yourself." As a manager, her behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. Lululemon claims to value inclusivity and customer service, but Rachel showed none of that. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly advise management to address her discriminatory behavior immediately.

Then, they told me to leave when I wanted to return another item. Terrible service, salespersons are Kyra and Kelsey. She is a guest experience lead and told me to leave!!!
