  good store but customer service is very forgetful. multiple times i have had people not remove the security tag on clothes. the first few times, i didn't notice until days later, almost right before the event. then i had to spend time driving to either this location or another, and asking them to take off the tag. it may seem like a small inconvenience but i do not want to be doing these things the days before a big event where i need this dress!

  I was politely greeted by Sofia at the front. Luckily she was available to assist me in finding tops I saved online to hopefully try out in store. Unfortunately the tops I was looking for were not in stock but she did find other nice alternatives. Despite me not being able to find what I was looking for, I will still go back again because of the lovely customer service.

  Where did Windsor find these rude employees working the closing shift on 09/28/25? I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced today. I waited in line for 15 to 20 minutes to use the fitting room, and instead of anyone acknowledging the wait or offering assistance, I was asked to leave the store before 6:00 PM. The first employee told me the store was closing in five minutes and asked me to leave. I waited a minute or two, hoping to finish quickly, but then another employee came and told me to leave as well. At that point, it still wasn’t even 6:00 PM. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. A simple apology or some understanding of the situation would have gone a long way. I’ve been coming to the mall for 20 years. That’s not how they treat people here in Burlington.
