  Nanette and her team were a dream to work with! My engagement ring came out perfectly and is more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. She was cognizant of our budget while still managing to source perfect diamonds and custom design a gorgeous ring. The quality of the craftsmanship is apparent, and I feel so lucky to wear this ring forever!

  I can not recommend princess diamond highly enough. If I could give them a 10 I would. Over the past year my son has purchased his engagement diamond. We did our research and when we worked with Charbelle he was able to obtain a beautiful diamond with all my sons specifications at a reasonable fair cost I have bought a beautiful one of a kind original piece the owner made and have redone my wedding ring and band to update it. Charbelle is a talented designer and is very knowledgeable. In addition my husband has bought me beautiful presents under the direction of the owner and his wife. With all these interactions the owners charbelle and his wife have been knowledgeable, fair , friendly and consistently demonstrates great customer service In fact my husband had some coins that he wanted to turn into jewelry and went to princess diamond. The owner recommended to not use the coins as it would be expensive and I wouldn’t like. Charbelle is unfailingly honest at the expense of a sale which we appreciated. If you are looking for jewelry this jewelers is not to be missed and you will also enjoy the shopping experience J

  Their custom work is beyond belief. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I've never seen a store that makes and repairs jewelry on-site, in front of the customers. You can literally see the jeweler's workshop in the front of the store. I highly recommend this place for jewelry, repairs, or custom jobs.
