This is a family owned business and the staff is highly trained and focused on meeting ones needs. I bought my wife a custom diamond ring 8 years ago. It was created by a master jeweler, IN HOUSE<and gets tons of compliments. It is a one of a kind piece/. Chain stores are mundane usually staffed with poorly trained people. Princess is the ultimate experience. I designed a men’s 4 ct ring, customized to my requirements. It was created, again, in-house. Picking it up was mind-blowing. Thank you guys
