  I had a frustrating checkout experience today. The check out lady immediately pressured me to apply for a Nordstrom credit card, and when I politely declined, she became noticeably less attentive. She then took over 10 minutes to ring up just a few items, delaying the process unnecessarily. During that time, she miscalculated prices more than once, and I had to correct her. She also repeatedly reminded me at least four or five times that the red-tag items were final sale, even after I clearly acknowledged it each time. I understand the policy, but the constant repetition and passive-aggressive tone felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Overall, the interaction was slow, dismissive, and left an unpleasant experience.

  Great online but inside the store is a different story😕 Disorganized and messy to say the least but you can find a good deal.

  I despise coming to this location because the checkout is horrendous. Today was another unpleasant experience once again.
