  I like the brands they carry, but Nordstrom’s used to be the gold standard for Mens Department customer service in the upper-middle retail concept. Every time I go in at the Burlington location I receive zero acknowledgment from the staff. Inevitably when I go to check out the kid behind the register asks if anyone was helping me today…well NO…I want to point out to him that he looked me up and down at least three separate times since I arrived and carried on with his “tasks,” whatever those are. But I don’t…It doesn’t usually look like they do much but hang around the register and chop it up with each other in this particular department and location.

  this guy blake by far the best salesperson i’ve ever met and blake got me the best services as if i was one of those big shots from wallstreet or hollywood blake’s charismatic and a great communicator and blake helps me a lot with my purchase of suit and blake makes sure i got the right length and everything and he’s also very knowledgeable about fragrances and if it wasn’t clothes you’re looking in the store but fragrances that’s the man the myth the legend sir blake ur going to ask for help with looking for the best options for you hands down top level salesman

  The only reason for a 2 star and not a 1 star is that at least the space is well kept and clean. If you are looking for a great shopping/Nordstrom experience do not come here. Not sure if you need to dress a certain way, demand getting help, book a stylist or what. But I have never had a good experience here. Coming from Seattle and seeing how incredible Nordstrom is and has been, the Burlington store lacks in everyway. Getting help is an imposition for the employees. Two Anniversary sales, I have chosen to order my items online as I could not get help by employees in the shopping hours for card holders. I have been a loyal Nordstrom shopper for many years but when you repeatedly get treated like s second class person in the store it doesn't make you want to come back. Once I was looking for shoes and wanted to try a few on, immediately told that they don't have my size, even though the app said they were in stock. No effort in trying to help me, they just went to the next customer. In the lingerie department I had a return and then wanted help finding a few bras I was told that the gal working was with another customer and I should just go to a different department for help. The makeup department, I have find someone for help they actually responded to my husband before me. The employees need serious customer service training especially as they work on commission. The Nordstrom Family should be looking at this store and why the customer service is lacking. I shouldn't want to only shop online.
