I popped into this store while travelling and had the best experience with Melissa! She was so helpful and knowledgeable, and really made the shopping experience fun. Not only that, but she made recommendations that were so spot on for my style, that I already had the bag she was recommending!! Highly recommend shopping with her!

Great selections and the employees there are always ready to help and are extremely friendly. I found so many great bags and shoes at this store and I always left with a smile on my face.

I absolutely love the Burlington location and its staff. Tracy is fantastic. All the ladies are. I randomly went in a month ago and purchased a small bag, I could have stayed all night and chatted. Tracy ended up messaging me recently about a bag she thought I would love, and i obviously did. There is a level of attentiveness I haven’t experienced elsewhere. Is my husband as happy as I am? Probably not. But I’m loving my new bags 🤣

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience shopping at the Marc Jacobs store! The store was beautiful, well organized, and had a great selection of bags and accessories. Tracy went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. She made the transaction quick and easy, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the perfect bag for my mother. Her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service made the experience even more special. Thank you, Tracy, for making our visit such a great one—I’ll definitely be back!
