  I absolutely love the Burlington location and its staff. Tracy is fantastic. All the ladies are. I randomly went in a month ago and purchased a small bag, I could have stayed all night and chatted. Tracy ended up messaging me recently about a bag she thought I would love, and i obviously did. There is a level of attentiveness I haven’t experienced elsewhere. Is my husband as happy as I am? Probably not. But I’m loving my new bags 🤣

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience shopping at the Marc Jacobs store! The store was beautiful, well organized, and had a great selection of bags and accessories. Tracy went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. She made the transaction quick and easy, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the perfect bag for my mother. Her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service made the experience even more special. Thank you, Tracy, for making our visit such a great one—I’ll definitely be back!

  The worker at this store is awesome shoutout to Tracy for being so helpful and nice and helping me through the whole process even shipping she was very nice and even when I ask a question about track the shoe when I already got sent the tracking order she didn’t respond mean she just helped offered to send me it but I told her I found it. Overall my experience was great so thankyou so much for taking your time to hire someone like her

  I want to share my recent visit to the Burlington Ma Marc Jacob’s store. Upon walking in we were greeted by Tracy. I was unsure what handbag I wanted to purchase based on the new “scene” style. She showed me every color and style. Tracy was so personable and kind we went with the medium. Upon arriving at home I received a personalized thank you and I was moved by the level of professionalism I said this is a store I will visit again. Well a few days later I changed my mind and wanted the larger bag. I was able To email Tracy and she welcomed me back. I went back and met Melissa. These ladies treated me with kindness, professionalism and courtesy. You don’t find this level of service anymore and because of the treatment I received I will forever be a loyal customer. Please recognize Tracy for her amazing service!!
