- PGPeter GJan 21, 20234.0Clothes are comfortable but a little bit pricey. They can provide cutting services for longer pants but didn't keep their promise on the shipping. I have purchased a pair of pants from a Lululemon outlet store but the pants are too long for me. I was told by the outlet staff that I could go to the Lululemon Retail Store to have my pants cut for free. I think this is really a great service. Since I visit Burlington mall pretty often, one day I went to this store and talked to the store staff to have my pants cut. I have marked the length ahead of time, so I don't need their help to mark it again. Since it takes a couple days to get the pants ready, the store staff told me that they could mail the pants to me free of charge. So I left my contact information (including my address and phone number) in their system. However, I didn't receive the pants after more than 2 weeks so I visited the store physically the next time I went to the mall. The staff was nice to help to get pants but they didn’t have a reason why the pants were not shipped.
