  Everyone in this store is so kind and helpful! We worked with Tyler when shopping for a watch and he was amazing! He made the process fun, special and he is very knowledgeable!

  I wish I could give a 6 star rating! I went in knowing very little about the world of diamonds, Kirk spent so much time with me and made sure I was comfortable and informed to make the best choice for myself and my future wife! He never pressured us in anyway and was an invaluable resource, I was thinking about buying online but after I met Kirk the first visit, I knew that I wanted his help in taking this exciting step! I really can't say enough good about him and how wonderful he made the entire experience. If you are feeling overwhelmed go see Kirk, and he will make sure you are taken care of and get the most perfect diamond!

  Our experience at Long’s in Burlington was exceptional, and that’s entirely thanks to Kirk. From the moment we met him, he was warm, personable, and genuinely invested in helping us create the perfect engagement ring. He met with us multiple times, patiently showing us different stones and explaining the nuances of each one. I quickly realized I wasn’t as knowledgeable about diamonds as I thought, but Kirk never made us feel overwhelmed—he filled in the gaps with clarity and enthusiasm. Designing the setting with him was just as enjoyable. He offered expert guidance while making sure the ring reflected my vision. His communication throughout the process was outstanding. We ended up with a ring that exceeded every expectation, and we owe that to Kirk’s expertise and care. We can’t recommend him and Long's Jewelers highly enough and we will definitely be going back for any other jewelry needs in the future.

  I came in here for a simple repair on a watch, specifically replacing the crystal on the watch that had been slightly scratched. Sounds simple. I wasn't asking them to do it under any warranty, willing to pay cash. They said they couldn't just do replace the crystal, they could only do a full service on the watch for 1200 dollars. The Rolex works great, keeps great time, it has slight cosmetic scratches from normal wear and tear and they have the gaul to try a 1200 dollar upsell. The first guy I talked to was a nice dude and apologetic about it, the second guy, "Dave" was obnoxious. He went on a bizarre rant about how he drives "fine German cars" and spoke down to me acting like my refusal to pay 1200 dollar to get a small piece of glass replaced was indicative that I'm too poor for my own watch. Outrageous attitude and service.
