  My girlfriend and I had an appointment to look at engagement rings. It was a surprise for her, and she walked in incredibly excited to try on rings and figure out what styles she liked. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The associate repeatedly dismissed what my girlfriend liked and pushed her own opinions instead. She asked whether we wanted a lab-grown or natural diamond, and when we said lab-grown, she repeatedly criticized lab-grown diamonds and their resale value. When I asked about diamond clarity, she told us a story about someone who brought in a lab-grown diamond with a specific clarity grade that she claimed it absolutely was not, and continued to criticize lab-grown diamonds. She then asked what we would do with the ring if we were to break up or get divorced, which we found incredibly inappropriate and offensive during what was supposed to be such a special experience. She ultimately stopped showing us rings and dismissed us. Very awkward experience. My girlfriend walked in excited and left feeling discouraged. We expected much better from Long’s and would not recommend this experience.

  Judd and the team at Long's really go above and beyond and I can't recommend Long's enough for anyone shopping for an engagement ring. While the process and landing on the right ring can be overwhelming. Long's takes the time and care to curate the process and educate you on your purchase. Their inventory of diamonds is second to none in my experience. Long’s hospitality and discerning care for all the fine details left me with peace of mind that I had selected the right one and I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

  I went to Long’s in Burlington to purchase a watch as a gift for my boyfriend. Luke assisted me, and the entire experience was awesome. It was easy and comfortable, and I ultimately found a really nice gift. They have a great selection of watches and jewelry, and Luke was able to assist me with everything I asked about. Really positive experience, will be shopping here again. Thank you!!!

  Thursday was my first time visiting Long's in Burlington and I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received from Ryan. A work colleague recommended Long's as I expressed I would like to celebrate my recent promotion with something very special I have always wanted. I have had my heart set on the Datejust 41mm fluted blue on oyster for quite some time. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and personable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and give me some valuable information on the watch I wanted to purchase and the Rolex brand. He also showed me some of the other beautiful watches on display. Although the watch I wanted to purchase was not available that day, I am looking forward to the day it arrives!
