  Thursday was my first time visiting Long's in Burlington and I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received from Ryan. A work colleague recommended Long's as I expressed I would like to celebrate my recent promotion with something very special I have always wanted. I have had my heart set on the Datejust 41mm fluted blue on oyster for quite some time. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and personable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and give me some valuable information on the watch I wanted to purchase and the Rolex brand. He also showed me some of the other beautiful watches on display. Although the watch I wanted to purchase was not available that day, I am looking forward to the day it arrives!   Longs jewelry lost my CPO card. Then did right and found my card. But as I was receiving my CPO card from the only employee there above 6’5” in that establishment he started to heckle me about my 1 star review and beret me about it. Instead of asking me why I left a 1 star review and how the company could improve he came at me saying that it’d be better if I removed it. Then a very kind and honestly probably their most reputable and respectful employee Kirk came in to assist me and try to intervene, he was very helpful. He made sure my watch CPO card matched the #’s on my watch. What a guy. Only reason I hesitate to give a 5 star review is because of that terrible experience with the employee who heckled me.

  Everyone in this store is so kind and helpful! We worked with Tyler when shopping for a watch and he was amazing! He made the process fun, special and he is very knowledgeable!

  I wish I could give a 6 star rating! I went in knowing very little about the world of diamonds, Kirk spent so much time with me and made sure I was comfortable and informed to make the best choice for myself and my future wife! He never pressured us in anyway and was an invaluable resource, I was thinking about buying online but after I met Kirk the first visit, I knew that I wanted his help in taking this exciting step! I really can't say enough good about him and how wonderful he made the entire experience. If you are feeling overwhelmed go see Kirk, and he will make sure you are taken care of and get the most perfect diamond!
