Hands down, will go out of their way to help find the right item online to ship for free if the right size is not in the store, say hello to returning customers and are very personable and thoughtful. The only reason I cannot give it five stars is due to some of the designs that don't take into account the upper arms of heavy set women, some fabrics or designs that make you wonder why or that their pricing is generally initially outrageous and no one likes to have to return over and over to work a deal. I just don't have that time and most people don't. For example, some pants that should have started out at $60/70, which I would have bought at $40/50 started out at 90 and only went down to 70..... No thank you!

I honestly had no idea there was so much that went into finding the right bra! She took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. She made sure every bra fit properly and recommended styles that worked best for me. I hope Paula is recognized for the outstanding customer service she provides. She made all the difference during my first visit, and I truly appreciate the time and care she put into helping me. Thank you again Paula!
