  $100 for a bowl of lettuce to hold a few strawberries?? Are we SERIOUS???? This is actually ridiculous. I can’t stop laughing that it cost me $100 to have a bowl of lettuce with strawberries. I should’ve just done this myself and I would’ve spent $10. I’m not one to complain but this is ACTUALLY RIDICULOUS. What was advertised VS what I GOT. The bananas were disgusting and brown so that’s just great! This is absolutely ridiculous. Please do yourselves a favor and you can easily do this from home. I should’ve just done this myself it would’ve been 100x better !!!

  Placed an order for a chocolate cake and a balloon to be delivered the next day. Lady called from the store saying they don't have chocolate cakes. Very strange, why is it on the website? She offered to replace with a candy basket, no mention of if the cost was the same. They never delivered that either, the website still says it isn't even in progress of being put together. Called five times and left a message, no one answered. Complete scam and will never use Edible Arrangements again because of this. This location should be shut down immediately, do not order anything from them because you will never get it and have to send 200 messages to get a refund.

  Utterly baffling experience and a complete waste of time. We went in to select a gift and thank goodness we did, because this location had absolutely NOTHING in stock and dead flies around the room! The disgruntled employee informed us she had no chocolate (meaning no dipped fruit), barely any cantaloupe, and lacked the trays, containers, mini balloons, helium, and flowers shown online. When I asked what was available and begged for help putting something together, she just shrugged and offered zero suggestions. Instead, she spent the time venting about the owner leaving her without supplies. She even bizarrely suggested we go to another Edible Arrangements location, only to immediately say they would just send the order back to her location to make and deliver anyway. Despite repeatedly asking for help to assemble an alternative, her total reluctance to make a sale made it clear she didn't care about the customer—or the quality of the final product.

  Horrible experience. Paid for a card, didn’t get a card. Went thru the godawful experience of contacting them (they definitely make it so aggravating to reach them as to discourage anyone from reaching out) and got zero response. Also, within 24 hours, the strawberries were moldy - they were refrigerated the whole time except the 15 minutes that we ate a couple. Reached out again, no response again. Terrible business. Will never use again.

  Very accommodating with little notice and arrangements were beautifully done and fruits were fresh! Highly recommended!
