Incredible selection and Barry is extremely helpful! A hidden gem that is a perfect mix of needlepoint and thrifting!

I do a lot of needlework, sewing and repairing rugs etc and had never realized this place existed! It is packed with all sort of thread, wool etc for needlework in particular. I was able to find quality wool for a rug repair. Yes, it is jam packed, but in a good way and the owner knows exactly where everything is.

Amazing store, where I felt like Alice in Wonderland. Barry, the owner is friendly and patient and let you peruse the store to your leisure, and is available to answer any question you might have. He is also great in turning you in the right section when you are looking for specific thread or items. The store, (it is actually a big house, with different rooms full with needlepoint, cross stitch, knitting and all kind of notions, and canvasses, is a heaven for any needle-pointer, knitter, thread artist. Barry’s extensive knowledge and experience is noticeable but in a very unassuming way. Last but not least, with the renewed focus and popularity that needlepoint and ‘hands-on’ crafts is currently going through, higher demand have lead to higher prices, Town Ho, however is still very reasonably priced, I ended up visiting the store twice during hour stay on the Cape, and spent a total of three hours there. I even asked Barry if he needed help, it is good that he chose not to answer my question, I am better at my day job and needlepoint to give my mind a break.

Was very disappointed. The store is extremely messy and disorganized.

This place is my favorite store ever! I always call to see if they’re open because their hours on Google aren’t accurate. The selection is overwhelming in a good way and the owner is so nice. Really affordable materials too! Definitely go check it out!
