  I absolutely love this store. The girls are super friendly and always make me feel welcome. They’re always willing to help and find me good options. From the girls on the floor, to the store manager. Definitely stop by ❤️

  Rebecca was absolutely the best! I felt so lost until she asked if I needed help. I explained that I was looking for a new look but didn't know where to start, and she took it from there. She put together cute outfits and accessories and was incredibly patient, kind, and just the person I needed to nudge me out of my comfort zone and into the new look I wanted. I am obsessed with the results and will definitely be back again and again! Thank you again to Rebecca for the amazing experience

  I love shopping at this location. Rebecca is always so helpful and patient. She really does take the time to help me find an outfit for wherever I need to go. I do recommend her services.

  Line is about 12 people long & only 1 cashier. Im pretty sure it doesn't take 2 people to do the dressing room? They just looked on while the line got longer...terrible

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Alyssa for providing some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at Windsor. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to help me throughout my return experience, asked what I ultimately decided on, and gave thoughtful, encouraging feedback. It never felt forced—she was simply warm and personable, and it made a lasting impression. Employees like Alyssa are the reason customers come back, and I would gladly return to this location just to shop with her again. She truly deserves recognition for the excellent service she provides. Unfortunately, my interaction with the store manager, Rebecca, was the complete opposite. While I understand that store policies, including return windows, need to be enforced, my concern was never with the policy itself. It was with the way I was spoken to. Throughout our interaction, her tone came across as hostile, and demeaning. Customer service is about more than simply following policy—it’s about how those policies are communicated. Even when the answer is “no,” customers should still feel respected. The wording and repeated emphasis that she was only helping me “as a courtesy” made the interaction feel uncomfortable rather than helpful. Of course I had also just spoken to the customer service rep who extended this very courteous, one time offer (Yesenia thank you so much!)!!!!A kind and professional tone can make all the difference. Overall, I’ll absolutely continue shopping at Windsor because I genuinely enjoy the brand, and employees like Alyssa make the experience enjoyable. I do, however, hope management places greater emphasis on respectful communication and customer interactions, because tone and attitude leave a lasting impression just as much as excellent service does.
