  Today my girlfriend and I decided to checkout the Lululemon at the braintree mall. When we walked in, 3 of the cashier was just idling at the register just chit chatting. They didn’t even bother to acknowledge us even though they clearly see us walking in. In addition to that, they didn’t offer any assistance. Instead I felt like we were judged because of our asian ethnicity. But as soon as two caucasian females walked in, they started greeting them all happily and cheerfully. That really got me feeling some sort of ways. My girlfriend and I felt really uncomfortable being there. We went there with the intentions of purchasing something. But after this one and only experience. I can tell you for a fact this will be our last time stepping into this place. The cashier and associates need to step their game up big time.

  I have to say a clean store, great product and excellent sales people are what I found here when I traveled from Attleboro for a purse for my granddaughter and it was the only store in the entire region that had it. With the help of Josenia I came away with several birthday gifts and my Job was done, and she packaged the purchases beautifully.

  I came in on a 12/7/25 Sunday around 1-2pm. All the staff today was really bubbly and everyone was smiling. There was one particular young female who was really helpful and asking every customer walking in if they needed help. She heard me wanting to try on a shirt and guided me to the fitting room, I wish I had her name for this review. The staff at this location are super friendly!

  I went to this lululemon this past Monday and Tuesdays Nov. 17th & 18th 2025, I have shopped a lot of lulu as I am a collective pinnacle member. I have always received amazing customer satisfaction and service. However this Braintree location is my favorite, everyone is so nice and helpful everytime I go. Kirsten specifically is the best and SO helpful. This past week she went above and beyond to meet my expectations of customer service. She is the reason I will continue to come to this Braintree location and continue to be at customer to lululemon. I love Kirsten!!!

  I had a terrible experience here. There was a manager with a short bob and I believe her name was Jess was beyond rude. She kept profiling me as soon as I came in and I am a black woman. I felt beyond uncomfortable as if she was following me around the store. She also was not the nicest to her employees on the floor and had such a nasty tone. The different lululemon stores I’ve been to I have never experienced this type of customer service.
