  One of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Micheal and John made me feel more like family than a customer. They were professional, welcoming, patient, and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. The store itself is beautiful, elegant, and has an amazing selection for everyone. Whether you’re shopping for yourself, your wife, kids, parents, coworkers, or friends. There are plenty of great options for every style and occasion. What truly makes this place special is the customer service. Mike and John were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, bringing together their combined 40+ years of experience truly shows. They make an incredible team and create an atmosphere that is welcoming, relaxed, and genuine. You can tell they genuinely care about people and making the experience memorable, not just making a sale. Overall, a phenomenal experience and this will definitely be my new home for all types of jewelry purchases moving forward. I already can’t wait to come back and visit the guys again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality jewelry and outstanding service. 10/10

  I wanted to celebrate a recent milestone and shared this sentiment with the team at Longs Jewellers in Braintree. I was introduced to Mike and we began to discuss options that would match my life experiences and the road ahead. Mike listened intently and understood the importance of this particular timepiece. He made this experience extremely personal and I felt comfortable and reassured that we had made the right decision. Much like the timepiece and the symbolism of that experience, Mike and the team at Longs Jewellers are now part of this journey. I appreciated Mike's knowledge, compassion and guidance throughout this process.   Long overdue review of this excellent jewelry store! Over the course of several years have purchased several pieces of jewelry including a custom made yellow sapphire ring and Rolex watches. John and Sue have been very helpful and their customer service outstanding! With their guidance my wife and I are very happy with our past shopping experience and looking forward to continue our relationship with Long's.

  Long's for jewelry cannot be beat. Upfront pricing, top brands, large pre-owned selection. Multiple locations in the area. But, specific to Braintree I'd like to share a recent experience. I was referred to John from a few friends to buy a watch. I knew what I wanted and called him to introduce myself/inquire about the specific Tudor. A few days later I came to Braintree. I knew when I arrived that I was buying the BB54. Still, John spent so much time chatting with me and getting to know me. We shared watch stories and talked brands. It was such a great buying experience. I am going to buy all watches from John at Braintree in the future.
