  Peter was absolutely amazing. My Fiancé and I came in to get our wedding bands, and left with exactly what we wanted. Peter was kind, thoughtful and his expertise landed us exactly where we needed to be. We will be back again soon for all our future jewelry purchases!

  I’ve been a client of Long’s Jewelers for several years now, and every experience has been outstanding. Michael consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit personal and enjoyable. He genuinely takes the time to get to know his clients and always has their best interests in mind. This most recent visit was especially memorable. Michael helped me acquire a dream piece that I’ve been hoping for, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s always great catching up with him, and when John stops by, we always end up sharing a few laughs. That personal touch is what sets Long’s apart.   I recently bought a watch at the Braintree location. I worked with Linda and can’t say enough about her. I have walked into other jewelers/ watch stores and have been greeted with arrogance and borderline contempt. This was the opposite. Linda helped me understand the options and the purchasing process. She was great. If you are in the market for anything, go in and ask for Linda.

  Lisa was extremely helpful in narrowing down and even help customize a watch by in my recent visit. Along with Linda and John, the Long’s team was all hands on deck during my experience at the Braintree location. It was my first time purchasing at the store but certainly not the last!

  I had a superb experience, working with Long’s Jewelers to find the right jewelry and time pieces for my family and for myself. I am especially pleased with Michael Belloli for his professionalism, knowledge, and patience in finding everything that I was looking for. He tirelessly worked to find everything that I was wanted, and was thoughtful of my time and set everything up foe me to pick up that did not waste my time. As for my overall experience. It was very positive. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and treated me with respect and care. From the person that opened the door to the one that greeted you and obviously to Michael, the experience was what I was looking for, elegant, bespoke, and mindful of time. I am no longer going into Boston directly to a flagship store for my timepiece collection or for jewelry. I am coming to Long’s, as authorized dealers, to get the full white glove treatment.
