From the moment I reached the register, she had an attitude and spoke in a disrespectful tone. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. Instead of helping politely, she acted annoyed and responded in a very dismissive way. I have never experienced such poor customer service while shopping. Employees should know how to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism. A negative attitude like this reflects badly on the entire store. This will honestly be my last time shopping there, even though DSW used to be my favorite place to buy all my shoes. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the way customers are treated in the future.
