  I have been to several Aerie stores recently with it being back to school time. This store by far most helpful staff. I was doing a price adjustment and the manager there helped me out tremendously. I wish I got her name. ND8013 on receipt.She saved me a lot .I of course shopped after the transaction and spent my savings all back plus some. I will make sure to shop this store first when shopping Aerie. Thank you again for FABULOUS Customer Service.

  The manager with the red hair is the rudest person I’ve ever met. No customer service skills, unhelpful, and just a poor attitude. Nobody is forcing you to work

  I was told to wait 3 days for my refund and then was told I couldn’t get it. I spent over 100$ and couldn’t get store credit , re shipment or ANYTHING. So disgusting
